PRTG Manual: Adding Device Notes

Once a device has been added to a discovery result, device notes can be added to provide information about the device that wouldn't be provided through normal device discovery. These notes are shown in the device list, and be edited by simply double clicking on the device int the device list, or right-clicking and selecting "Edit Device Notes..". Below the device list can be seen.
