By installing the PRTG SLA Reporter, you benefit from the following:

▪SLA monitoring based on values from PRTG Network Monitor

▪Better visibility of whether you are meeting the needs of your customers

▪Granular reports on downtime, with user root-cause analysis of reasons for the downtime

▪Flexible GUI that allows you to create your preferred SLA monitoring intervals

PRTG SLA Reporter offers the possibility to monitor and generate reports for the availability and uptime (percentage of the time services are available) of a service, making sure that the SLA's levels are respected.

You can schedule the reports to be sent to an email distribution list on a monthly basis.
